We are more than happy to answer whatever question can help you plan and prepare yourself to live our bike tour experiences at the fullest.
Our tours duration is generally from 3h to 3h 30’.
Check the duration for each tour in the relative tour’s sheet before booking.
Our bike tours mood is easy-going and lighthearted.
You don’t need to be fit because we ride at a leisurely pace and we stop at many spots along the way.
Our guides take care that everybody follows the ride in a comfortable and enjoyable way. We try our best to avoid the most crowded and noisy roads so you can relax and enjoy your ride!
An English-speaking city bike tour guide will accompany you on your ride. In Milan we have also Dutch-speaking guides.
All our guides are cheerful and passionate about their job. They love the city and will show you why!
Each group is made up of maximum 14 people.
We like to create a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
It is what we appreciate when we go abroad and we are happy to offer this in our cities too!
Our simple, elegant and comfortable city bicycles, are very easy to use. We also provide helmets. Please note that we provide also a limited number of 24’’ wheels bicycles for kids and helmets (helmets are highly recommended for under 14yrs old).
In some tours such as E-Bike & Verona Highlights and E-bike & Milan Architectures we provide e-bikes because the itinerary brings a little extra effort along with the extra pleasure of more views and attractions.
From March to October we do a tour every day 7/7 in Milan and Turin.
In Verona tours are available from Friday to Sunday.
Private tours are available all year round with a little notice.
We do our best to avoid the most crowded streets, ride on bike lanes and pedestrian areas and our expert guides can ask to step off the bike sometimes to cross by feet some bigger street for your safety.
Nevertheless it is crucial that each guest knows perfectly how to ride a bicycle in a city and that he or she obeys the traffic rules and the advices of our guides during the tour. We advise to use the helmet we provide and we inform that for young people under 14 yrs old the use of the helmet is highly recommended.
All our tour participants ride the bicycle under their own responsibility and under 18s are under the responsibility of the parents or adult accompanying them.
The price includes a guided tour, a comfortable bike with helmet and third party liability insurance.
Within 6 hours from the departure time, we inform you via email, WhatsApp or phone text.
If we have other available dates we propose you other options.
In case you are not able to join us on other dates or we don’t have availabilities, you will promptly get a refund.
We have a 24 hours cancellation policy.

Our guide will welcome you at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. We’ll wait for you up to 5 minutes after the set departure time, then we are sorry, but it is time to go!
Yes, they do! All our guides speak English as well as Italian of course and they will be happy to teach you some Italian words and ways of saying.
